With Revoluto, beyerdynamic introduces a completely new concept for microphone stations. Due to the new patented “Microphone Array Technology” this microphone station does not use gooseneck microphones.

Innovation
By using an array of specifically calibrated recording capsules and digital signal processing, the Revoluto microphone station provides a corridor characteristic instead of the cardioid characteristic which is typical for standard microphone stations. This results in a wider zone for the speaker within which he can speak without the audio quality or volume level being affected.

Comfort
Due to Revoluto’s design you need not worry about microphone positioning anymore. You are free to speak directly to the audience, confident that your voice will be picked up due to the wide pick-up pattern that Revoluto offers. It does not matter if you are standing, leaning back or talking to the side, with Revoluto the quality and
intelligibility of speech always stays the same.

Design
Since Revoluto features a completely different design, it does not need a gooseneck microphone which could be distracting to the speaker and visually intrusive to the audience. With Revoluto beyerdynamic gets a lot closer to the idea of the “invisible microphone” favoured by architects and users.

Revoluto Wireless – Experience Freedom

The advantages of the wireless conference system and the Revoluto technology are combined in one product. These microphone units with a new elegant design provide more flexibility and freedom of movement in meetings and discussions. Due to the transport and charging case the microphone units can easily and quickly be set up and removed at any time. Revoluto built-in microphone unit with connector panel

The beyerdynamic fold-away microphone unit with Rosenthal design combines furniture and technology to provide new solutions for the conference market.  The microphone unit with Revoluto technology in a fold-away design is mounted in a table and can be lifted up when needed.  The precious Nextel® finish in “dark black” blends into table tops of different materials. The microphone units are controlled by the MCS-Digital conference system. In addition to the classic functions of a conference system the microphone unit provides a connection to connect a laptop to a local network and / or video crossbar.

Desktop microphones providing the Revoluto Technology

MPR 110/210 and MPR 111/211 are microphone versions based on Revoluto technology which can be connected to a mixing console, mixing amplifier or DSP matrix. They are ideal for discussions or speaker’s desks. Compared to gooseneck microphones they provide more freedom of movement and the microphone does not obstruct the view. They are available as a pure desktop microphone as well as a microphone unit with programmable microphone button and connections for external logic control.
